Confirm that all of the following information is included in your cake contract:

1.Your names and contact information (address, phone, and email)

2. Make sure the date of the wedding, the deposit amount for the cake, and the check or credit card  number are all clearly indicated and legible.

3. Your event date, time, location, and phone number

4. Baker's company name and contact information (address, phone, and email)

5. Detailed description of the cake you have agreed upon:
a. Cake Flavor
b. Fillings
c. Number of servings
d. Number of tiers
e. Tier shape(s)
f. Icing type
g. Decorations
h. Topper

6. Cost of cake (price per slice)

7. Number of slices (this may be adjusted later if guest count changes)

8. Delivery and setup fees (including how and when cake will be delivered)

9. Location for deliver (Be exact on how both the name and address of your reception site is noted. Confirm with your site fi there is a separate entrance for deliveries.)

10. Any related items (e.g., cake stand or cake server) being delivered and rental fees, if any.

11. Additional vendor information (florist, caterer, photographer, ect.) if necessary

12. Total cost, including delivery

13. Deposit amount

14. Payments to be made, in what form, and dates due

15. To whom checks should be made out

16. Cancellation and refund policy

17.  All signatures
